How to Make Your Own Herbal Breast Enlargement Cream

Ingredients you will need

• 4 ounces of Vitamin E oil or Aloe Enriched Skin Cream
• 4 tablespoons cocoa butter or oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Saw Palmetto
• 1 teaspoon of Pueraria Mirifica powder
• 2 tablespoons of Fenugreek seed extract

First dissolve the Cocoa butter with the Vitamin E oil or Aloe Vera cream over medium heat,  then add the Pueraria Mirifica powder, Fenugreek extract, and saw palmetto, simmer over medium heat until all ingredients are mixed and then let cool.

You can then transfer the cream into a sealed jar for saving which should last you for a month or so.

Once you have made the mixture you should apply the cream during the second cycle before your period.

If your period starts on the first of every month you will want to start applying the cream on the 15^th of every month. Gently massage in the cream twice a day morning and evening.

Availability of ingredients can be sometimes hard to find depending in what part of the world you live,  in fact, not all extracts are liquid, some will be in powder form, I have been able to find the Pueraria Mirifica powder on eBay and the rest of the ingredients in a variety of health food stores.
