It’s a brutal fact of life – there is no magical cure to sagging breasts. Damn you genetics and damn you too, gravity! This however, does not mean you should accept the hands of time, just like every good movie; there is a battle to be fought, firmer breasts are a cause worth fighting for.
Push-Ups Are Your Friend
Don’t you just hate having to exercise? Well in this case, you will reap the benefits, big time. Lie down on the ground, face down, and put your hands about shoulder-width apart.
Then, put your feet on the floor and make sure that your back is not bent. Lower yourself down to the ground until you are at the floor level, and your arms are bent in a 90-degree angle, then use your arms to push yourself back up to the position you began in. Repeat this at least ten times.
In a large amount of “droopy” breast cases, there is one cause for it: too much fat. This is not meant to sound insulting, it’s supposed to show you what can be done to correct this. Cardio exercise like jogging or the treadmill will burn away those pounds. The recommended dosage of exercise is 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and you will soon start noticing a difference.
Surgical implants, a Last Resort
Surgery is the last resort as far as I am concerned, but it’s something you may consider. Breast lift surgery is where the surgeon removes the excess skin, and then tightens and firms up everything in the breast area to “lift up” the breasts.
Some people also require implants, as the breasts may not fill out properly when doing this procedure. Keep in mind that you should discuss this with your doctor before making any decision, and I highly recommend you review absolutely every other option.
Fix Your Posture
I can vouch for this personally. I used to sit like a Capital S, slumped over in my computer chair, and the back pain it caused me was unreal, but not only that, it helps with accelerating the “sagging” process..
Sit with your back completely straight(I used to put a sheet of card down my back, like you get when you buy a new jumper!) and keep your shoulders back, and also straighten your neck so your head is the highest it can be without strain.
Of course there are many other techniques out there, but these are the ones I have personally tried, or in the case of surgery I extensively researched and spoke to various people who have had the surgery, while some where extremely pleased others complained about the pain after the fact.

While surgical implants or breast lifts might be your first choice, you may want to consider natural options, while exercise will improve your figure and firm up your breasts, as women age they lose elasticity in the skin, there are several natural alternatives that can be used to firm up the skin tissue and as well as making your breasts perkier, Fenugreek seeds and Pueraria mirifica powder are just two of the more popular ones. If you can afford it, there are some very good breast firming creams that work wonders as well.
